Cancellation Policy

 All credit cards will be stored compliantly and according to all regulations and law.

A credit card number will be taken for all appointments reserved over a $40 value.

We ask that you give us 24 hours or more if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will receive a text confirmation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to give you an opportunity to call us within this window.

No-showing or cancelling your appointment within 24 hours will result in being charged 100% of your service fees for that day.

We understand things happen and come up and cancelling can be unavoidable, we will be as gracious and flexible as we can.
